How It Works

Scheduling Is Simple

Three steps from first call to totes on our truck. We handle the logistics so you can stay focused on running your operation.

1

Request Pickup

Contact us by email or through the form on this page. Tell us how many totes you have, their condition, your location, and your preferred pickup window. We will provide a firm quote within a few hours.

2

We Schedule & Confirm

Once you approve the quote, we lock in a pickup date and time that works for your team. You receive a confirmation with driver name, truck details, and estimated arrival window.

3

We Handle the Rest

Our crew arrives on schedule, loads the totes safely, and transports them to our Fort Wayne facility for cleaning, reconditioning, or recycling. You receive a receipt with tote count and condition notes.

Coverage

Indiana &
Surrounding States

Our home base in Fort Wayne, Indiana puts us within a day's drive of most of the Midwest manufacturing belt. We provide regular scheduled routes throughout Indiana and offer dedicated pickups across six states.

For locations outside our standard service area, we partner with trusted regional carriers to extend our reach. Contact us with your location and we will find a cost-effective transport solution.

Flexibility

Built Around Your Schedule

Same-Day Pickup

For Fort Wayne metro area customers with urgent needs. Subject to fleet availability. Call by 10 AM for same-day service.

Scheduled Routes

Weekly and bi-weekly routes through major Indiana corridors. Lower per-tote cost when your pickup aligns with an existing route.

Dedicated Pickup

Need a truck specifically for your load? We dispatch a dedicated vehicle for larger volumes or locations off our standard routes.

Standing Orders

Set up a recurring pickup schedule and never think about it again. Monthly, bi-weekly, or on whatever cadence your operations require.

After-Hours Access

If your facility operates outside standard business hours, we coordinate early morning, evening, or weekend pickups to minimize disruption.

Multi-Site Coordination

Have multiple locations? We consolidate pickups across your sites into a single efficient route to reduce your per-unit transport cost.

Pricing

Volume-Based Pricing

Transport pricing is based on four factors: distance, volume, tote condition, and scheduling type. The more totes you move, the lower the per-unit cost.

Distance

Mileage from your facility to our Fort Wayne location. Scheduled route pickups cost less than dedicated trips.

Volume

Per-unit cost decreases at 10, 25, 50, and 100+ tote thresholds. Full truckload rates are the most cost-effective.

Tote Condition

Clean, empty totes on pallets stack efficiently. Dirty, full, or damaged totes may require special handling at additional cost.

Scheduling

Rides on existing routes are cheapest. Dedicated trucks and same-day service carry a premium for the exclusivity.

Free pickup is available for buy-back program orders of 25 or more totes within Indiana. For all other transport, request a quote for exact pricing.

Combine transport with cleaning and reconditioning or recycling services for bundled pricing that saves even more.

Our Fleet

Equipment Built for the Job

Our fleet is purpose-equipped for IBC tote transport. Every vehicle carries the securing and handling equipment needed to move your totes safely and efficiently.

Flatbed Trucks

Our standard flatbed trucks handle loads of 20 to 40 IBC totes per trip. Open-top design allows fast forklift loading and unloading at your facility. Ideal for palletized totes in good structural condition.

Enclosed Trailers

For weather-sensitive loads or long-distance hauls, our enclosed trailers protect your totes from the elements during transit. Climate-controlled options available for temperature-sensitive contents.

Liftgate Equipment

Liftgate-equipped trucks for facilities without dock access. Pallet jacks, strapping, and edge protectors on every vehicle ensure your totes arrive in the same condition they left.

GPS-Tracked Fleet

Every vehicle in our fleet is GPS-tracked in real time. We provide estimated arrival windows and proactively update you on delivery status throughout the route.

Safety

Safe, Compliant Transport

We take safe handling and transport of IBC totes seriously. Every driver is trained in proper IBC loading, securing, and unloading techniques. We carry full commercial insurance and comply with all DOT regulations.

  • DOT-compliant vehicle maintenance and inspection records
  • Commercial auto and cargo insurance on every load
  • Drivers trained in hazmat awareness and spill response
  • Proper securing with straps, edge protectors, and anti-slip mats
  • Manifest and chain-of-custody documentation for every pickup
  • Real-time GPS tracking with proactive ETA updates

Delivery Available Too

In addition to picking up used totes, we deliver reconditioned and purchased totes directly to your facility. Same fleet, same reliable service, same coverage area.

Browse our product catalog and select delivery at checkout, or call us to arrange transport for a large order. Check our IBC size guide to make sure you are ordering the right tote for your application.

Step by Step

Scheduling Process

From first contact to totes loaded on our truck, here is exactly what happens at each stage. No surprises, no guesswork.

Step 1: Initial Contact

Day 1

You reach out by email or through the form on this page. Tell us how many totes you have, their approximate condition (clean, dirty, empty, full), what they previously contained, your facility address, and your preferred pickup window. If you are not sure about anything, give us your best estimate and we will work with you.

Step 2: Quote & Confirmation

Within 2-4 hours

We provide a firm quote based on the information you gave us. The quote includes transport cost, any applicable buy-back credit, and the estimated pickup date. If the quote works for you, you confirm via email and we lock in the date. You receive a written confirmation with your pickup reference number, driver name, truck type, and estimated arrival window.

Step 3: Pre-Pickup Coordination

1-2 days before pickup

Our dispatcher contacts your facility to confirm the date, time, and any site-specific requirements. We ask about dock access, forklift availability, load-out location, and any security or check-in procedures. If you need us to bring our own loading equipment, we coordinate that in advance.

Step 4: Day-Of Arrival

Pickup day

Our driver arrives within the confirmed window and checks in with your designated contact person. The driver performs a quick visual count and condition assessment of the totes, comparing to the original quote. Any discrepancies are communicated to you immediately before loading begins.

Step 5: Loading & Departure

30-90 minutes on-site

Totes are loaded using your forklift or our liftgate equipment. Each tote is secured with straps and edge protectors. The driver provides you with a pickup receipt showing the tote count, condition notes, and a signature line. You keep a copy and we keep a copy.

Step 6: Transport & Delivery Confirmation

Same day or next day

Your totes are transported to our Fort Wayne facility. You receive a text or email confirmation when the load arrives at our yard. If you are also purchasing totes or services from us, we process those orders and coordinate return delivery on the same truck when possible to reduce your overall transport cost.

Load Security

Transport Safety

IBC totes weigh up to 2,500 pounds when full and can cause serious damage if they shift during transit. Even empty totes, which weigh 100-175 pounds each, become dangerous projectiles in a hard stop if not properly secured. We take load security seriously on every trip, regardless of whether the totes are empty or full.

Our securing methods meet or exceed FMCSA cargo securement rules under 49 CFR Part 393. Every driver is trained in IBC-specific loading patterns and securing techniques during their onboarding, with annual refresher training.

Ratchet Strap Securement

Every IBC tote is individually strapped or grouped in blocks and edge-strapped. We use 2-inch and 4-inch ratchet straps rated for the load weight. Straps are inspected before every trip for fraying, buckle damage, and proper ratchet function.

Edge Protectors & Anti-Slip Mats

Rubber anti-slip mats are placed between the truck bed and the first layer of pallets to prevent sliding. Cardboard or plastic edge protectors are placed under every strap that crosses a cage corner to prevent strap cutting and cage damage.

Stacking Protocols

Empty totes in good condition may be double-stacked to maximize truck capacity. We never stack more than two high. The top tote must be lighter than the bottom tote. Full totes are never stacked. Damaged cages are never placed on the bottom of a stack.

Hazmat Load Separation

When transporting totes that contained hazardous materials, we follow DOT segregation requirements. Incompatible hazard classes are separated by distance or barrier per the segregation table in 49 CFR 177.848. Placards are displayed on all four sides of the vehicle.

Spill Response Kit

Every vehicle carries a spill response kit including absorbent pads, absorbent socks, nitrile gloves, eye protection, disposal bags, and a laminated spill response procedure card. Drivers are trained to contain and report spills, not clean up hazardous materials.

Stay Informed

Tracking & Communication

We know that waiting for a pickup or delivery without knowing the status is frustrating. That is why we built communication into every step of the process, so you always know where your totes are and when to expect our truck.

Booking Confirmation

Within minutes of confirming your pickup, you receive an email with your reference number, scheduled date, estimated arrival window, driver name, and truck type. Save this email as your single point of reference for the job.

Day-Before Reminder

The business day before your scheduled pickup or delivery, we send a reminder with updated timing and driver contact information. If anything about your availability has changed, this is the time to let us know and we will adjust.

Live GPS Tracking

On the day of service, you receive a text with a tracking link that shows the real-time location of your truck on a map. The tracking page also displays the estimated time of arrival, updated automatically as the driver progresses along the route.

Arrival & Completion Alerts

You receive an automatic notification when the driver arrives at your facility and another when the loading is complete and the truck departs. A final confirmation is sent when the totes arrive at our Fort Wayne facility with a count and condition summary.

We communicate through whatever channel works best for you. During booking, let us know your preference and we will use it for all updates on that job.
