Do I need to clean the totes before selling them to you?

No. We accept totes in any condition, including those with residual product inside. Our facility handles all cleaning, draining, and decontamination. Just let us know what the totes previously held so we can plan the appropriate processing.

What is your minimum order for purchasing totes?

There is no minimum order. You can purchase a single tote for a small project or hundreds for a large-scale operation. Volume discounts start at 10 units, with the best per-unit pricing on full truckload orders of 56-60 totes.

Do you deliver, or do I need to pick up?

Both options are available. You can pick up at our Fort Wayne facility during business hours, or we can deliver to your location. We serve Indiana and the surrounding Midwest states with our own delivery fleet, and arrange freight for longer distances.

Can you recondition my own totes and return them to me?

Absolutely. Many of our customers send us their used totes for cleaning and reconditioning, and we return them ready for reuse. We offer standard, food-grade, and full reconditioning service levels with turnaround times from 24 hours to 5 business days.

Do you provide documentation for sustainability reporting?

Yes. We provide recycling certificates, chain-of-custody reports, and environmental impact summaries that document the quantity, weight, and materials processed. These are suitable for ESG reporting, sustainability audits, and regulatory compliance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Established business accounts can apply for net-30 payment terms. For first-time orders, we typically require payment at the time of order or on delivery.

Drop-Offs Welcome

You are welcome to drop off used IBC totes at our Fort Wayne facility during business hours. No appointment is necessary for drop-offs of fewer than 20 totes. For larger quantities, please call ahead so we can have dock space and equipment ready for efficient unloading.

When you arrive, our team will inspect the totes on-site, provide a condition assessment, and let you know whether they qualify for our buy-back program, reconditioning, or recycling. If you are selling totes, we can often provide a quote and payment on the same visit.

If you are picking up totes you have purchased, we will have your order staged and ready. Our forklift operators can load directly onto your truck or trailer.
